Offering a lime program, soil testing services, and field mapping services, Rydman
and Fox, Inc. can help enable customers
to maximize plant uptake of nutrients
and and improve weed control by managing
soil PH with lime, maximize yeilds
with soil testing, and enable customers
to profitably optimize their inputs
such as seed, herbicides, and fertilizer
with accurate GPS field mapping. Also,
Rydman and Fox, Inc. offers custom
application.
INDIAN CREEK RAILROAD COMPANY
Indian Creek Railroad Company was formed in 1981 to provide economical shipping
of outgoing grain and incoming fertilizer
products. ICRK operates numerous trains
each year headed by their locomotive,
an ex Southern Pacific Alco RS 11 that
was built in 1959.
VOMITOXIN TESTING
With the increased occurrence of Vomitoxin the 2009 corn crop, Rydman and Fox,
Inc. will now test for and discount
for vomitoxin at levels at 5 PPM (parts
per million) and above. Also, samples
can be tested for a fee to check for
vomitoxin levels in grain bins. The
USDA allows vomitoxin concentrations
of no more than 5 ppm in feed for swine,
10 ppm for cattle and poultry feed.
SEED TREATING
Coming soon, Rydman and Fox, Inc. along with Pioneer will implement a seed treating
facility. There will be six to eight
different seed treatments that can
be done at Rydman and Fox, Inc.'s fertilizer
facility. Anticipated
completion date is planned for spring
2010.
NEW 82-0-0 BULK NITROGEN STORAGE
New contruction of an 82% storage tank will triple our storage capacity allowing
us to better serve our customers. Anticipated
completion date is planned for spring
2010.
